Oxy Arts Invisibility Exhibition

Scope of Work:

Built multiple furr out walls to match the height of new exhibition design walls, approximately 10' tall
Built custom amulet display niches with recessed mini-LED within the niche
Built new arch wall openings to create a tridimensional view and added a recessed LED spotlight in the center of the arch

Scope of Work:

Full kitchen remodel, removing a wall between kitchen and dining, and creating an open-concept atmosphere
All kitchen cabinets were custom cherry wood finish with quartz counter tops and plaster backsplash
The flooring was replaced with white oak floors throughout
The master bath remodel included heated floors, and custom floating double vanity, and full shower enclosure
All the interior walls were painted with a special primer and paint named Portola.

Scope of Work:

Change of use to remove the dining function and utilize the entire building as a kitchen
Removed the existing door between the existing kitchen and dining to enlarge the communicating kitchens
Relocated kitchen offices into two new office rooms near front building entry and establish new breakroom
Closed the existing Northern Street main entrance and reworked the new ADA entrance

Approximately 8,000sf interior tenant improvement renovation of portions of existing 1st floor office space in the city of Burbank, CA
Converted existing space to be ADA-compliant through the building, updating existing kitchen, bathrooms, and a few offices
Built a new, modern, large conference room with full-height glass walls
Ground and sealed the existing flooring to give it an industrial look
Incorporated a sleek, contemporary design while preserving the building's original charm
